There are lots of shelves on the walls which can be adjusted height wise to suit individual taste.

The room looks out over the garden at the rear of the house. 

There is a double bed with storage space underneath.  The is a boarded loft above and loft ladder so boxes and cases can be stored in the loft.

There is WiFi and the room is hard wired for 200MB Virgin Media internet and amplified TV signal.   

The room can be used in different layouts with the resident being able to choose to suite themselves as shown in the attached photos.
