There are more than adequate local facilities including some great pubs, supermarkets, local restaurants, street cafes, banks, news agents etc. Kew shops are only 5 minutes walk and a multicultural atmosphere is found in the area. Many famous people live in Kew and nearby Richmond. You never know when you will bump into them in the local pubs, shops, etc.
