Bedroom 5

Bedroom 5 is a large double room for single or double occupancy.  It is located on the ground floor, at the rear of the house.  It is 5.6m long by 3.65m wide = 20.44 m2.

The room has a pleasant view overlooking the garden. There is a hand basin in the corner.

WiFi is available and the room is hard wired for 200MB Virgin Media internet.  An amplified TV cable is hardwired into the room for use with Smart TVs.

There are four dimmer switches in the room which control the four wall lights and the central ceiling light. This is a very large comfortable room which is very well decorated and has recently had new carpet.

The room overlooks the garden and is very quiet (please note that although the pictures shows double patio doors into the garden these are kept locked for security reasons – they have been left open in the past invalidating insurance in the house).

The room comes with a double bed. There is also a set of pine drawers, desk, easy chair and a chair.
